Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud of the quality of our programs. If after attending the first class or the first hour of a one-session class you are not completely satisfied, we will credit your class fee to another class of your choice. To receive the class fee credit, please obtain a signed Satisfaction Guarantee Form from your instructor during the first class, complete the form and turn into the Adult Education office within 7 days. The credit must be used within six months of the payment date.
Refund Policy
We are happy to provide a full refund if you have to cancel a class, as long as you notify the Adult Education office during business hours at 549-8765 by noon three working days prior to the first day of the class. Should the Adult Education office cancel a class, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
