WebMaster Certificate

Certificate Information

The Lifelong Learning Center is proud to announce the Webmaster Certificate Program. This program will take our popular web development class series to the next level. The Webmaster Certificate is comprised of approximately 140-150 hours of web design, programming and image classes. Students enroll in the required classes separately and are awarded the certificate upon successful completion of the website that meets the requirements of the certificate program.

Many of the Western Montana students, who request and take the new classes as they are added, have developed web sites that demonstrate they deserve additional recognition beyond each class certificate. A certificate program will also give these students documentation to prove their skills for job descriptions that include webmaster skills.

With those goals in mind, the Webmaster Certificate Program will recognize those students who demonstrate a proficiency in the topics covered in the web development classes. Besides the requirement of completing the specific courses listed, this certificate includes the review of a web site you have build based on the criteria listed after the required classes.

The Webmaster Certificate tuition includes a consultation meeting, two hours of individual assistance on the required web site and a professional review and write up. Additional Technical Assistance is available for $39 per hour.
